Thanks to the implementation of targeted insulation work, this action will ensure the securing of 720 power line supports in areas where vultures live (near their nesting sites, feeding areas, roosting areas etc.), 500 of which are in Italy and 220 in the Canaries.
Objective: To eliminate the risk of electrocution of the Egyptian vulture.
Beneficiaries involved: e-distribuzione (activities in Italy); Endesa distribución (activities in the Canaries).
